Your generosity empowered youth retreats, local leaders, and families in need. Together, we’ve seen lives transformed by God’s grace.

Dear Twelve3One Family,

As we celebrate the birth of Christ, we are filled with gratitude for you. Because of your faithful partnership throughout 2025, we have seen lives changed—youth gatherings strengthened, local leaders equipped, and hope restored across Ukraine, Poland, and Croatia. In a year marked by challenge, God used your generosity to bring love that stays, hope that grows, and faith that heals.

Here are just a few ways we accomplished this together, impacting lives halfway around the globe. You helped:

  • Fund a new kitchen at Havilah Mission in Uganda. Led by Aaron and Marina Wagaba, Havilah Mission focuses on the education and care of 30–35 orphans, along with many at-risk children and families in their community. This new kitchen now feeds dozens of schoolchildren and resident students at their compound.

  • Sponsor more than 140 teens, young adults, and leaders to two Winter Youth Retreats—one in Ukraine and one in Poland. Each $100 sponsorship sent a teen to the Carpathian Mountains in Ukraine or the Zakopane region of Poland. These retreats offered Ukrainian teens a vital break from nightly missile and drone attacks, and provided refugee teens in Poland a safe space to heal, connect, and grow in faith alongside Polish youth.

  • Support our teammates, Lisa Chupryna (Warsaw, Poland)Maria Yermachenkova (Aalen, Germany) and ,as they ministered to people in their local communities. Lisa serves as a youth leader helping bridge the cultural divide between Polish teens and Ukrainian refugee youth, while dreaming of expanding her Youth Hub ministry for outreach and discipleship. Maria served refugees, led women’s ministry efforts, and helped supply clothing and medical goods to Ukraine.

  • Send our mission team to Croatia to assist Steve Taliaferro with Nesto Vise Ministry’s summer camp. Approximately 45 teens—30 Croatian and 15 Ukrainian—attended the week-long camp in the foothills of Croatia. Our team included four Ukrainian youth leaders and myself, specifically focused on ministering to Ukrainian refugee teens living among the Croatian community.

  • Provide vital support for Igor Kovalchuk, founder of School of Courage in Rivne, Ukraine. Through fitness training and self-defense, Igor shares the Gospel with 30–50 teens and young adults nearly every evening. His ministry also hosts summer and winter camps serving 300–350 participants, combining physical training with packed weekly Bible teaching.

  • Support dozens of families across Ukraine by helping them purchase groceries, pay rent, cover medical expenses, and care for loved ones. You helped provide laptops and computers so people could work safely from home during air raid alerts, and you played a role in evacuating elderly individuals and special-needs patients from active war zones.

  • Send me to Ukraine last February to participate directly in the Winter Youth Retreat, encouraging and ministering to teens during a critical season.

All of this was made possible because of you — your faith that God still moves mountains, your belief in our mission to bring others to Christ through relationship, and your willingness to let the Holy Spirit align your resources with His perfect will.

May the peace and joy of Christ fill your heart and home this Christmas. Thank you for standing with us and making this year of ministry possible.

“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” — Romans 15:13

Please consider continuing your support on a regular monthly basis in 2026.
