As Executive Director, chief bottle washer, and general do-gooder at T3O I am so tremendously blessed to be surrounded by the people I love the most; our friends, our partners. I get to not only walk beside them but I also get to serve them.


I remember washing the feet of a young teenage girl named Polina in Crimea many years ago. I was overwhelmingly humbled. But at the same time, I have never felt such a wave of compassion for another human being. I get to wash the feet of those we serve in ways I never imagined.

I'm abundantly blessed to be guided under the watchful eye of our Board of Directors. I get to be led, mentored, and cared for by some of the most Godly people I've ever known. I'm excited to see what the Lord does and who He brings into our sphere of influence; and us into theirs.


Recently, I asked the people we serve and our board to share some thoughts about how grateful they are because you support us and enable us to wash their feet together.

"We’re deeply grateful to be teaming up with T3O because, in Warsaw, we gather young people to celebrate events like Hanukkah. Recently we hosted a Hanukkah party for the teens and young adults from our congregation and other churches and even non-believers from the community."

Maria is a member of our T3O team. She serves in countless ways in her community. She collects and ships humanitarian aid for Ukraine, serves a local women's ministry, and collects and distributes Ukrainian- and Russian-language Bibles and Christian materials to war refugees nearby.

“Every time, when I have to use my car*, I find myself thinking about how thankful I am to have it. It has made my life much easier! There were days when I would collect humanitarian support from people to send it to those in need, and wondered how much space I had in the car! I’m looking forward to seeing what God has prepared for us this year and what else we can do for His kingdom and His beloved people here on earth.”


*NOTE: You helped T3O raise funds for Maria to purchase a gently-used vehicle in 2024 which she uses daily in her outreach.
