An Update from Lisa Chupryna, our teammate in Warsaw, Poland

Lisa Chupryna is our Twelve3One Teammate on the ground in Warsaw, Poland.

Visit her page on our website to read about her journey toward joining us. She is a member and minister at KJMC-Warsaw, a small Jewish Messianic congregation of Jewish and non-Jewish Christians.

We support Lisa monthly with a modest stipend. We are seeking SIX $100 sponsorships per month (or any amount) for Lisa so that she can continue performing her critical outreach to teens and young adults in the greater Warsaw area. She needs our help to be able to continue working and bringing young people to Christ, teaching Biblical principles, and sharing the heritage of her Christian faith centered around her Jewish traditions.

Dear T3O family who supports us in prayer and in so many ways,

I wanted to update you and give you a brief report on what we’ve been doing and our plans for this summer.

I’m happy to share that we’ve completed our workshop season. This was a prayer workshop for teens and young people, held separately for girls and and (separately) for boys. During the workshops, we focused on the key principles and understanding of prayer — the importance of praying for Israel (Genesis 12:2-3, Psalm 122:6-7, Romans 11), for our pastors, and engaging in a personal prayer life.

We had guests join us, including a minister from Germany and a leader of a robust prayer ministry. To top off our workshop, we held a prayer walk through Jewish heritage sites in Warsaw, where we prayed and spoke blessings over the people of Israel and the people of Poland.

Passover and Summer Plans

During Passover, we received an invitation from one of the churches in Warsaw to host a Passover Seder and share more about Jewish traditions because we represent a congregation of Jewish believers. The youth and teens in that particular church have shown a growing interest in Jewish foundations of the Biblical festivals, and we had a beautiful evening together, sharing a traditional Passover meal and speaking about our Messiah, Yeshua (the Hebrew name of Jesus). Among the attendees were teenagers who are still on their journey toward God, as well as those who are already serving. It was a very special interchurch gathering, and for many of us, it was the first time participating in such a setting as teens and youth. It was a lot of fun with celebrations and Jewish dances, and then real passionate intercession and worship!

A toast - "L'Chaim", is offered with the "fruit of the vine" during Sedar, a traditional Jewish Passover meal, that was shared while learning about Yeshua.

Upcoming Events

As for our upcoming plans, we’re hoping to organize a picnic with elements of sharing the Gospel — to invite young people from the streets, including some of those who joined us during Hanukkah. We’re also planning a short retreat either at the end of May or the beginning of June, focused on team bonding within our youth group and teen community. A small, intimate group will take a trip just outside of Warsaw. We’re praying that God will move through us during this time. It will be a space for fellowship, prayer, and fun.

July Youth Camp

In July, we would love to hold a minimum three-day youth camp for the teens and young adults from our congregation, as well as anyone from our daughter congregations in Poland who are interested. I’m looking forward to your participation and support. Joel, our team, and I would also love to invite you, our dear partners, to come in person and minister alongside us. This camp is meant to bring youth together in unity, with a heart for revival and a passion to serve.

We want Poland to become a space not only for Messianic Jewish youth but for all youth who are seeking more, who are seeking the Lord, Yeshua. We envision our future youth meetings including worship nights and community outreach moments.

In addition, we plan to send a group of 10 to 15 young people to the Good Fruit conference, where we’ve participated annually. This year’s tour will take us through Italy, returning via the Czech Republic, and will end with the usual three-day youth conference in Stuttgart. We’d be so thankful if you could partner with us in any way to make this trip possible.

In our congregation in Warsaw, we’ve declared a fasting and prayer chain in our community — a spiritual marathon during the traditional Jewish holidays from Passover to Shavuot (April 12-June 3). Our prayer is for the youth to step out of any form of darkness or bondage, to step into communion with the Holy Spirit, and to experience a powerful encounter with the Lord in a personal and life-changing way.

Your help is critical!

Thank you so much for supporting us, for caring, and for standing with us in this crucial time. We believe every prayer, every “click” and “Like” on social media platforms, every encouraging word, and every financial seed sown into these young people is laying the foundation for a stable, bright future. We believe this generation will go further and do greater things for the Lord than we ever could. Let’s continue to empower them to break through into God’s glory and transform the world around them!!!

The family at Twelve3One has always been so generous. Would you please consider sponsoring our ministry to young people in Warsaw? With your help, we can change their lives by introducing them to Yeshua.
