Dear friends
In Ukraine, everything is related to “BEFORE the war vs. AFTER the war” began.
BEFORE the war began, Abbygayle Kudin and her husband, Dima lived in Kyiv where they attended worship at Tabernacle of the Living God church with several of my dearest friends.

AFTER the war began Abbygayle relocated back to the US while Dima remained in Ukraine.
Abbygayle is a certified ESL instructor and she wants to help refugees all over Europe and America become acclimated to living in strange new cultures - cultures where they predominantly speak English.
She is seeking people who would be willing to host online English Club groups.
NO TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Abbygale will provide everything you need including prescribed topics and application lessons. All you have to do is host a conversation to help displaced Ukrainian citizens become more comfortable speaking.
I’m learning Ukrainian myself and trying to hold a conversation can be extremely stressful. Abbygayle hopes these clubs will help Ukrainian refugees feel more comfortable conversationally.

“Hello, My name is Abbygayle Kudin, I am looking for English native speakers who wouldn’t mind to give 45 minutes a week to help Ukrainians! I [want] to set up an English club for Ukrainians. Many Ukrainians have been displaced all over the world and knowing English could help them so much [English is the official business language of the EU]. YOU DON’T NEED EXPERIENCE TEACHING!! The program will ideally run for two months, once a week, the first time on zoom in groups of about 10 people. 45 minutes long. It would predominantly be a speaking club. The topics would be business, travel, etc. I will prepare an outline that you can use for each meeting. I am certified to teach English as a second language. If you would be willing to participate in even just one week, let me know. Simple practice with native speakers helps immensely!
